By accessing or using ASoc's voice generation platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the service
You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
3. Intellectual property
Audio clips generated on a paid plan are yours to use commercially with no attribution required. The ASoc platform, models, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of ASoc.
4. Voice cloning and consent
You must obtain explicit consent from any individual whose voice you wish to clone using our Service. ASoc reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this requirement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
